We, Sport-Expert, are happy to present you with a tool which is, in all the web, singular and unique in the field of Olympic Weightlifting.
This tool enables you to analyse a single training session, either one you have just carried out or one which you are about to carry out - i.e., for the first time you are able to plan and analyse training sessions on-line on the web.
Instructions for use of the Calculator.
This calculator uses your best results in 6 representative exercises to evaluate the intensity of your workout: either one you are planning to use, or one you have just carried out
First - Enter your best results (to date) in Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Squat (Front and Back), Press and Bench Press.
Then - Select the exercises of your workout, the load you are using in each one, the number of reps and sets and enter these in the appropriate place.
Finally - Press the button "Calculate Training Statistics".
When you have noted the statistics for use in the panning and/or evaluation of your training session, you may press "Reset all Data" to prepare the calculator for the analysis of another training session.
